This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from Artgiftstore. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible products. Returns must be requested within this period to be considered for refund or exchange.

For installation services, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date to receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included. Products must show no signs of damage, wear, or modification.

Items that have been installed, used, damaged, or modified are not eligible for return unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect product shipment. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect product shipment, or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.

If the return is for any other reason, including change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us using the contact information provided below. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.

Once return authorization is provided, package the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days. You will receive email confirmation when the return is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: custom-configured products, products that have been installed or used, products damaged due to misuse or improper installation, products returned after the 30-day return period, and products without proof of purchase.

Software licenses, digital products, and services that have been fully delivered are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

General Legal Requirements

This return policy complies with Australian Consumer Law, which provides statutory guarantees for products and services. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Our return policy does not limit or exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not meet product descriptions, you may be entitled to remedies beyond those outlined in this policy.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before shipment at no charge. Once an order has been shipped, standard return procedures apply. For installation services, cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date to receive a full refund.

Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before scheduled installation may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost, depending on preparation work already completed.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing time is typically 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Bank processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method. Refund amounts will exclude original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
